Search & Interview
For clients who want to meet candidates and make the call themselves.
We don't publish pricing on the website. Every placement is different and we'd rather understand your role properly before quoting. Pricing is discussed in the free consultation. What we can say upfront: it's a flat fee. We never take a percentage of your hire's salary. You pay 50% to start the search, and the other 50% when your hire signs and starts. You don't pay in full until it works.
It depends on the role and how specific your requirements are. We don't pull from a waiting pool. we search specifically for your role when it comes in. We'll give you a realistic timeline in the consultation once we understand what you need.
The Search and Interview package includes one free replacement batch if the first placement doesn't work out. For Direct Hire and Team Build, we handle this case by case. We're not the kind of agency that disappears after the contract is signed. if something isn't right, we want to know.
Most remote roles. A few examples: virtual assistants, social media and marketing, graphic design and video editing, copywriting, web development, customer service, bookkeeping, ecommerce support, and email marketing.

Charry started as a general virtual assistant and worked her way up to Social Media and Community Manager for a UK brand that hired her after one interview. No rounds, no unpaid tasks, no exhausting proof of capability before the contract was signed. She worked across service businesses, startups, and ecommerce. She built Brave Plum because she knows what a good hire looks like from both sides of the desk. It does not need a series of interview rounds. She wanted to make that the standard, not the exception. Skills are teachable. Character is not.
